SAPA - 3 DAY 2 NIGHT TREKKING EXPERIENCE

 

NIGHT  1 :  OVERNIGHT TRAIN FROM HA NOI TO SAPA

This evening, you are met at hotel lobby and transfer to railway station for overnight express train to Lao Cai

DAY  2 : LAO CAI – SAPA – FULL DAY TREKKING TO TA VAN

Upon arrived at Lao Cai train station, you will be welcomed by out local guide and escorted to your hotel in Sapa for breakfast

After that start with a hiking tour through the mountainous hilly town where is being one of the most attractive tourism destinations of the country, Sapa is a precious gift that Mother Nature dedicates to Vietnam. Sapa’s terraced fields are recognized as one of the world’s seven most beautiful and magnificent sites of terraced farmland, around the town, you can see many ethnic people such as black H’mong, Tay, Xa Pho gather for sale their handmade product. On the way, driving through Muong Hoa valley to admire the beauty of the fields, created by talented and diligent ethnic farmers. Opportunity to see different traditions and costumes of the Tay minority at Ta Van village and Red Dao people at Giang Ta Chai village. Drive back to your hotel for check in.

DAY 3 : LOVE WATERFALL  &  FANSIPAN BY CABLE CAR . OVERNIGHT TRAIN TO HA NOI.

A short drive will bring you to the Love Waterfall from where you can admire great views of the surrounding mountains and the lush forests belonging to Hoang Lien National Park. Along the way, you may choose to take a short walk around a local farm. Continue on by car for 15 minutes uphill to Heaven's Gate, from where you can see Fansipan Mountain, the highest peak in Indochina. Stop to take in the view and to take some photographs before you return to Sapa town.

At the height of 3,143m, Fansipan is the highest mountain in Vietnam and “the Roof of Indochina”. This afternoon, transfer from your hotel to the cable station for a trip up to Fansipan. From the cable car you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of green hills and valleys of Northeast Vietnam. The trip to Fansipan top by cable car will take only 15 minutes instead of 2-day trekking as before. Upon arrival at the top station, take a walk around and admire the views across China and Laos in the distance, and the Muong Hoa valley beneath you. Visit the pagoda which the locals usually come to and pray for health and good luck. You can rest at the restaurant for a drink or snack (own expenses) before getting back down to Sapa also by cable car.

This late afternoon, take the overnight train back to Ha Noi to end the tour journey.
